We have a V100 camera that is only able to pick up about half distance then the other cameras. The LEDs on the camera will blink about the speed that this gif file is blinking - but a little bit slower
We took other cameras off of it to see if it was a power issue but it was not.

It sounds like that camera is operating at a much lower frame rate than normal. I would try to power it off, and see if it resets. If it always displays this behavior, it probably needs to be serviced here. Please contact Support for returning the camera.
