Pitch and jaw broken?

I have latest driver installed, all movements activated and pitch and jaw is totaly broken. The head just goes crazy and moves in alldirections, exept pitch and yaw.

Tried to uninstal and reinstall, no change,restarted pc, no change?
What is wrong,im running with a clip on my cap.
Any ideas how to fix this?

I seem to have fixed it.

What i did was to change to a totaly different profile,i took a car sim profile and edited it.
Somhow the default profile is fecked up,what ever i do with it it just goes crazy

Now i just haveto fine tune it and it will be perfect
