Xp Pro 64-Bit "No Device"

No Device i reads at all times. tryed different USB ports.
i only have Yaw, Pitch, Translation. can't switch from dot to clip or visor
Tryed Version 4.1.036, and 4.1.034.

OS Xp Pro 64-Bit fully updated

Do you see the TrackIR listed in the Device Manager page, within Windows?

Have you tried the device on another system?

Had it been working?
