Driver Problem

I am unsuccessful at loading the drivers for a SmartNAv3 0xxxxx.
I have read a lot of post and tried several of the fixes.
This has been done on two different computers and tried 2 different SmartNav with the same results.
It keeps attempting to reload the drivers. If I run the reg fix you have it says it as successful and reboot. As soon as I reboot an log in I get the error from SmartNav saying the device is not connected. I view device manager and give me a yellow bang.
WinXP sp2 and Sp3

What version of the SmartNAV software are you running?

Do you have any other NaturalPoint software installed?

How is the device connected to the system, directly or thru a hub?
