Ciursor Freezing

I checked the troubleshooting and saw that there is an issue with Zone Alarm. But I don't believe that I have this. Wjat I dop have is a mouse that uses a USB port.

When I start the trackIR appears to be working correctly (says that Vector Expansion active) and the views all seem configured to my head movement.

But the cursor cannot move after I start the program, any ideas?

If I start the game then I cannot start trakerIR, if I start trackerIR then I cannot cursor to the green flag.

When I use a wired mous I can use trackIR

What version of Windows?

What version of the TrackIR software?

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?

Have you tried moving USB ports?

What type of system are you using? - AMD Athlon 64 Dual Core processor 2.51 Gig w/ 2.5 gig Ram. The mouse is a Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2000.

What version of Windows? - Windows XP 64 Pro Service Pack 2

What version of the TrackIR software? - 4.1.036

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a hub? - Directly

Have you tried moving USB ports? - Yes

Are you runng the TrackIR software as an admin?

Are you running any other software, on the system?

THis is on my personal computer, not on a hub.

No other software is running

It could be a power issue, with the USB dongle - I would look at trying a USB hub.
