Can't get TrackIR 4 to work for CFS3

I downloaded the newest software, 4.1.036 so I can finally use Track IR for Combat Flight Simulator 3 in Vista as I need that to use the new Over Flanders Fields game. I checked my Track IR,and it said I have the latest download. I put in the patch from Microsoft for CFS3 also. But when I go to use CFS3, nothing! I checked my 2 other flight games, and the blue light comes on for them without any problem. What can I do to get Track IR4 working for CFS3? If I can't get the tracking, I will have to return the DVD from OFF, and be unable to fly in the new version. I have been waiting too long for them to get Track IR to work in Vista with CFS3 and to fly once again with OFF. Please help me!!! I need my WW1 flying fix!!

Problem solved. Someone from the OFF forum suggested I open Track IR as an administrator. That worked and now I am set.
