Adjusting wheel fell off.

I've had this thing two weeks and the little adjusting wheel at the back fell off!

Has this happened to anyone else? What are my options?

Are you refering to the one, that attaches to the tightening screw, on the adjustment arm?

yes, the black wheel that tightens the adjustment arm. It's only the plastic that fell off (ie the adjustment arm is still on).
