TrackIR Pro 4 - ver.4.1.0.36 Install fails

Hi all,

Upon trying to update from ver.4.1.0.35 to ver.4.1.0.36, the instalation stops (at 3 progressing bars of the Install Shield Wizard) and the following error message window show up:

"Error extracting support files:"

-I did uninstall ver.035 prior to start.
-Older versions .034 and .035 worked well.
-Windows Vista 64 Home Edition Premium SP1 - Portuguese language.

Re-installing ver.035 works well.

What is the file size, of the application you downloaded?

Tried installing the software into a different folder location?

Select run as admin, when starting the install?

Sounds to me like you had a hiccup on the download. Download it again, remove the install and the folder and reinstall it after the new download.
