4 lights on the TrackIR Pro schreen

I have the track IR Pro and it has functioned well until I had to uninstall Window and re install it (system XP) Service Pack 2.The mouvements are erratic and pitch is inverted. The status LED indicators are normal but on the camera shiel(schreen) there are 4 small lines(almost dots) that form a rectangle.In the Manual there is no explication of it. WHAT IS IT and WHY and WHEN does this happens? When the 4 lights disappear it returns to normal and everything functions well. I can't tell why it turned on or off. THANKS FOR A REPLY

It could be a IR reflection that the camera is seeing, when the IR LEDS are turned on.
