Track problems

Hi. I seem to be having problems making a track file and I think it's related to Track IR because if I disable it, the track is fine. If I record the track with TIR enabled, when most other people try to view it, the view is EXTREMELY zoomed in and doesn't change. A couple of people have been able to view my tracks but most guys in a squad I was trying to train for were not able to. Any ideas? Thanks.
