TrackIR device wont work(no lights or anything)

i hadnt been useing the trackir until about a week and a half ago. i finally forced myself to use it and about 3 days later i didnt fly with out it. after flying one day i went to sleep. i woke up and nothing. the actual device had no lights or anything. i restarted my comp, installed new software, but nothing worked. i used diff usb ports and nothing. everything else plugged in works fine...any ideas??

Hi,I'am Francesco from Italy,I have the exact same problem,
I used the track for the first month, then the problems started.I had to bring up to 20 cm to detect the tracking,I put a powered usb hub, thinking to solve the problem,but nothing.
Track IR no sign of life, the blue light is off,help me plez.
