Center Hotkey not working in Game

Running VIST64 Bit, Track Ir 5 with Vector Clip, Software 5.0.230 (Build 5977).

I have the center Hotkey set as follows:

Enabled ... Ticked
Toggle .... Unticked
Trap ...... Ticked

Centering the view works just fine with the track Ir screen up, however in game (Track IR minimised) the center key does not work. Specifically in IL2 1946 and Rise Of Flight.

Fixed..... VISTA issue. After a little more reading through the forums I discovered someone else with a similar problem. Running Track Ir 5 as Administrator has fixed the problem.
