Same issue as everyone else...(TrackClip is useless)

Hello.

I just received my TrackIR 5 and TrackClip Pro today. I am having this exact problem.

I have taken a screenshot of my camera view, I too have the 3 large dots surrounded by 6 smaller dots, no reflective material or light sources behind me.

Is my issue the same as noted in this thread?
