Camera stopped tracking

Hello, I just got TrackIR5 today. Got it installed and working, fine tuned the settings a bit and all was good.

I was playing Rise of Flight when my view would suddenly go crazy, then calm down. I noticed when it did this the green LED on the left side was going out (my head was straight, was not a FOV issue). After awhile it did that and never came back on.

I have rebooted, unplugged and replugged the camera and it will not track and the tracking LED will not come on. The red LED's come on when the software is started, the green one on the right does if I start a game, but the left won't.

Did my camera just die on me the first day?

Is your camera plugged directly into your PC and not through a hub?

I would try a diffferent port and see what happens.

When looking st the tracking screen, what do you see there?

Are you using the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro?
