Help: TrackIR Not Working in Flight Simulator X

In the TrackIR 5 software, click on the blue question mark.

Right click on the exe for both the TrackIR software, and FSX, and run them both as an admin.

Hello,

I right clicked on Q mark: TrackIR Version 5.0.300 (Build 6196).
I opened TrackIR v5 icon, and responds to my head movements. Does it matter if I minimize it? I then opened FSX (right clicked on FSX application in my root folder, as opposed to clicking on my shortcut on the desktop - ran as administrator). Once FSX opened up I clicked on views, viewmode, cockpit, virtual cockpit. No movement. The only way virtual view moves is with my numkey pad (I don't have a HAT switch on my joystick). What next?

Here's a update for you. I went ahead and uninstalled TrackIR 5 then proceeded to click on the same link you provided above. I believe it should be the 0504 link, however I noticed the last install I performed was a 0503, now the last install was TrackIR Version 5.0.230 (Build 5977). This version works as this is this is the only time I've had both green lights appear on the camera as FSX loaded up. Now that I have used this for the last 15 mins, the picture jumps all over the place. I'm constantly re-centering. Should I not have the 05 04 product from your link? Thank-you for your assistance, as I would like to either get this to work or pursue a refund. You've been helpful so far. Let's see if this can be worked out. Look forward to your response.

Yes, you should be using the Beta 4 software.

Within the TrackIR software do you have TrackClip, or TrackClip Pro selected?

Are you using the TrackClip, or TrackClip Pro?

Looking at the camera view, on the right hand of the software, do you see any red, or just the three green?

Are the tracking objects centered in the camera view?
