TrackIR 5 Software Overriding Nvidia Control Panel
As the title says I just downloaded and installed TrackIR 5 Software today. Only problem is when I go to load any game I have any preferences ( 16x AA, AF ect) I have in my 3D settings in my Nvidia control Panel are overthrown and defalt AA and AF are used instead, games look like crap now! Looked through the forums and could not find anything that could help and would very much appreciate some thank you. I use TrackIR 4 Pro hardware and all my games load fine when I go in without TIR 5 software loaded up.

So when you are running the TrackIR software, form the desktop, the video card settings stay yhr same, until you load a gaming application?
What version of Windows are you running?
What video card model?
What video card driver version?
Screen resolution?

Thank you for the reply. In response
XP Home Edition SP3
EVGA GTX 280 current driver version 6.14.11.9038
Res 1680 x 1050 32 bit 22" LG LCD Monitor.
I found when I go into game with TrackIR 5 Software I have default AA and AF. I close the game close TIR 5 and go back in to the game my 3D control settings work fine then. I have Physx enabled. Also when I revert back to the 4.1 software the game functions again fine. Do you have any advice or possible fixes for this? I have tried rolling back my VGA drivers and to no avail. I wish more people had reported the same thing for I am sure it will be a dead end until some new driver down the road miraculously ends this. In the meantime any feedback or ideas could really help me thank you. I love the look of the new software and want to stay upgraded and updated always! Thank you for your time.

Re: TrackIR 5 Software Overriding Nvidia Control Panel
So it is changing the AA/AF settings in the Nvidia software, or is it defaulting to the AA/AF settings within the gaming application?

Re: TrackIR 5 Software Overriding Nvidia Control Panel
It is not changing the settings in the nvidia control panel. I have run it when the game and TrackIR are running and the values stay the same. It just seems to be "blocking" the override settings from the Nv control panel somehow. Any suggestions would be most welcome or if you could give me a link for tech support I would be most greatfull thank you.

Are you running the TrackIR software minimized?
