They aren't being used by another application. I basically have to center and set precision (I like to keep it on all the time) in the TIR V5 first, before starting ROF because I have no hotkey control in the game. I'll fiddle with it some more. My next experiment is to load the ROF keystrokes into my stick using CH control manager, reboot (the stick stays programmed on reboot), and then start ROF to see if the hotkeys work.
