Zooming Cameras

Hi

We're using the Optitrakc Foundation Pro system and we're having a problem with cameras self-cropping the field of view. We have tried to restart the system and it only seems to move the problem to another camera. What could be causing this?

What version of the software are you using?

What version of Windows?

R1, or R2 cameras?

Have you tried cycling the Power/USB connections for the cameras?

If you are using sync cables, have you checked the sync connection for all the cameras?

We're using Windows XP & the V100R1 cameras, but we'll try cycling the USB-connections for the cameras next time and se if it helps.
