LED's turn red without apparent reason

For some reason, roughly after about 20 minutes of use the LED's turn red, and it does not track my motion anymore. Can someone tell me how to fix it? Did I get a defective TrackIR?

It sounds like the software is being paused.

What keys do you have set for the pause feature (default is F9) within the software?
