Re: Eve Online
In the several times that I've spoken with their devs, no specific timeframe has been put forth. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands. Like you, we're hoping for an expedient fix.

Re: Eve Online
Per eve's site.
As of December 1, 2009, CCP will no longer officially support TrackIR in EVE Online and it has already been disabled in the current version of EVE Online: Apocrypha 1.5.1. We have enjoyed working with Naturalpoint's excellent head tracking product, but with the low number of users using it compared to the investment in software required to maintain it, CCP has decided to discontinue support for the product.

Re: Eve Online
We've confirmed with CCP that the obstacle was an issue with their new engine, not with TrackIR. So, unfortunately, our hands have been tied on this for quite some time. We'd love to work with them again in the future, hopefully to re-establish TrackIR support. But, it's their prerogative to manage their IP as they see fit, and we respect that.
We've removed the EVE game page on trackir.com to reflect this updated status.
