Correct. Beyond that, the head/view motion at times doesn't even correspond to the head tracked movement. A slight move in one axis can produce a huge jump in the other axis.

Can support open a video? I can use something like snagit to record my display so they can see the disparity between the tracking motion, and the interpreted head movement.

This issue is resolved. Problem had noting to do with Windows 7. My camera is mounted upside down, and I needed to set TrackIR 4 to 180 in the tracking settings. Thanks Vincent.
