Help using INPVector2

Why this works for INPVector m_spVector.CoCreateInstance(CLSID_NPVector);
but this doesn't for INPVector2
m_spVector2.CoCreateInstance(CLSID_NPVector2)?

Is this wrong? In that case, how can I use INPVector2?.
