I have a problem with the divice that is not detectec by my computer and any other computer I was runnig normally but the and sodenlly i have a mayor crash and them the unit was not recognized by the system.
I have reintalled the operatin system in this case win XP SP2 and the problem still there it is not recognized by the pc when it is plug in. If i install the software nothing happens. but if i letf the sofware there the puter won reeboot.
I will try to sof the problem with the utility yuo soport by just in case if is a problem with the usb port device on the unit do you sell spare parts for it.
I not live in USA so i want to know if i could get the part in order to fix it in case this is not solve with the utility.

We do not have seperate parts for the TrackIR.

i bougth ot almost a year and a half ago i don't think there is some warranty clain on it. What buy throught amazone.
The deveci light is bonkon as nopthing happens but window say the it is a unknow device try to use the utility and it did not see the device any way is to change the reg. I think that the memeory with the specifications of the device got damage and the info is not there. There is a posibility thet the device could be reflashed and the info inside of the device could be restore?
do you have any utility to do that?

There is no way to reflash the TrackIR camera.

well to buy a new one but just a last question could be a way to force the windows to use the drivers of track ir because i got the message unknow device i try to tell it to use the driver but it did not take. Could be a way to foce that
Any way if you want to keep track of devices the serial number of mine is 067968
