Track IR4 and Windows 7 32 bit

Hi,
I have had issues with the unit sometimes working and sometimes not. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I get a messsage "Component CoolXPButton.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:afile is missing" message.
I have windows 7 installed (32 bit) and the unit is now dead. I had loaded track IR 5 at one stage, have uninstalled that also, but still see the blue light at the bottom of the unit flashing, IR V4 only installed at this point.
Can anyone help me please?

What version of the TrackIR software are you using?

Is the TrackIR detected in the system device manager?

Are you connected directly to the PC, or using a USB hub?

Driver 3.2.30.0
System device manager says it is working correctly
Connected directly to my computer.
Version on disc says 4.1.030.

I believe I tried uploading a later version .031 maybe? not sure.

I don't see the LEDs or the top light.

Please try downloading, and updating to version 3.20.035
