traking only the arm and hand

Hello, I started using the OptiTrack system a couple of weeks ago for my research in shoulder-arm-hand motions, therefore, I was wondering if there is a possibility to capture data only for the arm and hand using the skeleton.
I'm using a 6 camera setting, and I was trying to capture only the arm and hand by making a rigid body since I can't do it with the skeleton wizard, but with no very good results.
Any pointers?

You're correct that the only way to track just a shoulder/arm/hand in ARENA would be by creating rigid bodies out of them and tracking those. If you want to use the skeleton, you need to at least use the hip markers (top half of the body). If you link pictures of your rigid body marker arrangements, we can take a look at them and make recommendations on any necessary changes.
