Hello, I am attempting to record greyscale movies from my OptiTrack Flex C:120 camera. In 2007 a predecessor in the lab I work in was able to use the DirectShow Filter and the DirectShow Recording application to capture greyscale videos from this camera. However, now that I have updated the DirectShow Filter to version 4.2 and the DirectShow Recording application (OptiCapture) to 1.01 I am unable to record, and on the downloads page it does not list this camera as being supported; the camera is present in the Camera Selector, but no video is showing. The camera is not in use by any other application, and I have re-installed and re-booted a number of times.
Has support for this camera model been dropped? Will I have to use the Software Development Kit and program a way to accomplish this greyscale recording, or will I be able to use this software that is available and already performs the desired function very well?

There may be a compatibility issue when using the C120 with newer DirectShow filters. We will look into it.
You can try using older versions of the filter.
