Assigned buttons to controller not working properly

I have a ch pro fighterstick and throttle and use the Trackir4 to look around when inside the cockpit. The last mission I played, I was able to view all around the cockpit using the trackir4 and zoom in and out using assigned buttons on the ch throttle.

All of a sudden, I can only look around the cockpit (via trackir4) but not zoom in or out using the pre-assigned buttons on my CH Throttle. If I turn the tracker off (F9) key, then I can zoom in and out using the assigned buttons on the throttle control but not look around the cockpit. If I hit the F9 button again to turn the trackir back on, again, I can look around but not zoom in and out.

I also looked in the default profile screen for the Lock-on profile in the trackir file and the "Z" axis is not enabled. The Yaw, Pitch, Roll, X, and Y are enabled.
