No Internet with Trackir 5

When i start Trackir (5) i can not open a web page (Safari / chrome) and the connection in arma is bad or breaks down.

Iam using windows 7 x64

have everyone an idea?

go into cmd and a ping any website. any response?

This only occurs when running the TrackIR software?

Runing any firewall/antivirus applications?

Have tried with other browsers - same effect ...
Have deinstalled all antivirus software and deactivatet the firewall - still the same -.-

Which game are you using TrackIR in? Is it Flight Simulation? If so, are you using REX2? I ask because REX2 is causing connection issues for me as well if I don't close it from the tray.
