Windows 7 on-screen keyboard

I am using SmartNav with Windows 7. I like the on-screen keyboard in Windows 7, but sometimes SmartNav stops working when I click near the edge of the window. What can I do to fix this?

turn the uac completely off. it should be ok once its off and rebooted

Seeing as how this is the support forum, perhaps answers could be posted here as well as e-mail so that everyone could benefit from the knowledge.
