Looping Software?

I had not used my TrackIr(it's 5) in a while and had never used the vector clip. Today I tried it and when I opened TrackIr the screen that shows my head placement has been "going crazy." It's like it's stuck or looping. The screen zooms in and out and rotates madely over and over. I also noticed in the "camera" view screen I could only see one or 2 green dots occasionally and there were red lines looking like bar codes running from the top right to bottom portion of that screen.

So, at the moment I can't get it to work at all.
Any ideas?

Have you tried moving USB ports?

What version of the TrackIR software do you have installed?

Any sunlight, or lamps, onbehind you?
