Help !! Please! For this Calibration Error!

Dear All:
I got this Error while doing the Calibration:

Calibration has failed.
Try increasing the "Data Points" and recalculate or return to the previous screen and capture the points again.

And, of course, I've increased the data point up to 500 and also redone the capture for at least 20 times. But, I still got this error message. I set up this 12 cameras system according to the suggestion from Arena site.

I am inside a room with concrete floor so I am sure the floor is very steady.

Could anyone provide any suggestion for this issue?

hello

i had the same problem, but in my case it was because of the magic wound which was reflecting, so I eliminate the magic wound and use only the marker.

in other cases I didn't meet this problem of the magic wound.

maybe the camera settings should be adjusted better..

Hello everyone,

It turns out that one camera has not function well so we got that error.

We try only 3 cameras first, then add up to 6 and then to 12 so we can find out which one is not working.

Other then this, we really love this optitrack system.

It's awesome!!!!!
