Registry Key Error
Registry Key Error is issued from SmartNav Control Panel when I load a saved profile or delete one from the list. - Is this a common problem, and what does it mean?
Re: Registry Key Error
What OS are you using?
Are these the standard profiles, which are being deleted?

Re: Registry Key Error
System Properties are
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional x64 Edition
Version 2003 Service Pack 2
Intel Xeon CPU
X5472 @ 3.00GHz
2.99 GHz, 8.00 GB of RAM
The profiles being modified are both standard profiles and custom ones. Deleting a profile from the displayed list generates a registry key error. Also, clicking Load and Default buttons makes the same popup message to come up.

Re: Registry Key Error
The IT person installed the driver for me as the system administrator.
I'm operating the device on my employee account, which has limited access. I'm not using the system as an administrator.
Thank you.

Re: Registry Key Error
OK, then that would be the issue, as the software is not able to make /save any changes, as it does not have permission.
