Problem exporting to C3D

Hi,

I set up a quick test with a trackable and then exported to C3D format. When I open the resulting C3D file (using MLS viewer, for example), I only have to X-axis position of each of the markers that compose the trackable. Y- and Z-axi values are -9999.000234.

The CSV file seems to contain the positions in all 3 axes.

What am I missing here?

What version of the Tracking Tools software are you using?

Can you send in copies of your data (calibration, trackable, data capture) to support
