Help! Smartnav and screendoors 2000

my son is 6 months removed from a accident that left him as a Quad. I just received the Smartnav software and Screendoors 2000 for him to start using a PC. He used this a little at rehab. my question is when i pull up screendoors for him the smartnav cursor stops moving? What am i doing wrong please. also is there a support page or helpful hints to make the 2 work together smooth and easy? any help you could give would be great. we are all new to this. thanks!

What version of Windows are you using?
