Red and Blue arrows with a green or blue dot in center

When on the main startup page if I move my head just right I see Red and Blue arrows with a green or blue dot in center. What are they for. I have tried to look it up is the Doc but no luck. Any ideas?

Hi Kulord,

I believe that what you're seeing is supposed to represent your head, if you've zoomed back into the third person view. The arrows represent the yaw/pitch/roll of your head movement. When you're zoomed into the first person view, these should not be visible though. If they are, it's probably just a rendering issue with the 3D preview. That won't have any impact on the performance of the system, as it's just a visual cue.
