AH not recognized

When i start Trackir5 everything is good in control panel but when i start Aces High the game is not recognized and no Trackir. The led for the game is off. I have tried it in MS FSX and it works fine, I might add that i have been using it in Abes High for a couple of months with no problems. Just started this last couple of days. Problem is you get used to using it and makes it tough to go back to the other way.

Made any changes, updates to the system/software since it was functioning last?

Finally got it working had to reinstall Aces High then TrackIr recognized the game.

Having the same problem. No hot keys work in AH II,but work everywhere else. Updated TIR game files and version. Reinstalled AHII and still ot hot keys in game.
Only thing updated as far as OS was windows defender. There was a patch for AHII on the same day. They tell me its not their game.

Check to ensure that the game and the TrackIR software are both running at the same permission level, i.e. both as administrator or both normally.
