Track IR 5

Hi,

Im thinking of getting track IR 5 and had a couple of questions that I was not able to see an answer for in the FAQ.

1. Do I have to buy this track-clip pro thing with track IR 5, if not, what does it do that the default head device doesn't?

2. I see a lot of problems here on the forums relating to software versions. Is there a problem with the latest software or something that one should be aware of?

3. Does it work on win 7-64 bit?

4. Will Linux support ever emerge?

1 - The TrackClip Pro attaches to a headset easily, and uses active LEDs for tracking, unstead of the passive markers for the TrackClip; also the TrackClip comes standard with all TrackIR cameras, so the TCP is an add-on item only.

2 - Generally you will only see issue, in most forum posts. There are some current items being worked on.

3 - Yes

4 - I am not surrently aware of active linux development.
