Shoulder issues please help!!!!

Post by Peaches »

We have a problem with the shoulders slouching. We have had this issue before but somehow it fixed itself. I know when we capture the data that im not slouching. We have repositioned the makers, calibrated the cameras, took multiple t-pose calibrations I just don't know what else to do. Can someone help us?

Hi, what is the solution for that problem? I am interested too.

Dont get me wrong Vincent, but a "answering by email" isnt really helpful in a support forum!

Thanks!

Within the software, you can move the point location closer to the skeleton.

The answer thru email post indicates that the customer has also emailed support, and it was answered via email.

The issue they are currently having is something outside of Arena.
