Unable to get it to work in windows 7.. Was told it was 7 compatible but then told I had to run it in compatability mode.. Well days of working on it and several calls to natural point still not working might get right click to work once in 20-30 commands HELP

The software only needs to run in compatability mode to install.

What type of microphone are you using?

using basic microsoft desktop mouse all I need is to get right click left click and double click to work but I can not even get that

using basic microsoft desktop mic. no other voice installed just did full reload still does not work

So you have both the SmartNAV software, and the voice application installed.

The Voice option is enabled within the SmartNAV application?

Have you run the user wiz, within the ViaVoice folder, under the program files folder on the system?
