Unable to connect one of my camera

I have a 24 cams system and one of my camera cannot connect to the system.
I can see a cycling display into the Numeric LED readout.(cam is powered up) But Arena cannot see/connect to that cam anymore.
I swap USB cable and HUB and still have the same problem.

Does someone had the same issue?

On large systems such as yours, you will have to isolate the issue, since there are several different things that could be causing the problem.

First, remove everything and just connect the camera that is giving you the problem to see if it is indeed a camera issue. My guess is that it will come up with no problems.

Second, connect that whole hub where the camera resides, see if everything connects ok

Then connect the other 3 hubs, see if the problem doesn't move to one of the other cameras..

How many usb ports do you have on your pc? are you using at least 2 diferent USB controllers (normally, on a regular pc, the ones in the back and the ones in the front are on different controllers)

Were they working before?, do you have r1 cameras or r2 cams?

with some more detailed info, we can get to the root of the issue
