The red definitely means there is a problem. It's likely one of two things:
- the TrackIR cameras is seeing infrared light sources behind you--typically from sunlight
- the camera's sensor has failed, in which case it will need to be repaired or replaced

Well, I removed everything from the wall facing the camera and turned off all lights (and it was nighttime), so sunlight is definately not an issue. From what I have read in troubleshooting and here in the forum, my unit is not acting normal or doing what it should at all. None of the screenshots I have seen look anything like mine. I guess I will send it back.

I recommend you contact our support department with an email detailing the issue (and a screenshot of it, if possible), along with your camera's serial number. Our support manager will help you resolve this issue.
