Smartnav with the Grid2

I have SmartNav 4 with software 3.2 and I want to surf the net using the Grid 2 but I am geting a message that says 'the dwell clicker is not supported by this version of the software.' It seems to me that you need the dwell clicker open. Any pointers? Many thanks!

Do you have an EG model camera, or an AT model?

The EG model camera does not have support for the dwell clicking software we provide.
