Problems with camera calibrating

We had 11 cameras connected to the computer. When we were trying to track with the stick, only 5 of them showed trajectories after a long time of swinging in every direction. Actually, we can see a white dot(the stick) moving in the camera views. What could be the problem?

Which version of the software are you using?

Do you have any other points viewable within the camera view?

Other points are only calibration square�s three reflective balls.
