Need help with hardware key

Hello,

I have bought arena motion capture system (8cameras) last year and set it up in studio in Thailand.

Now I just moved to USA and need to use Arena program to edit my recorded mo-cap data. But I can't start the software because I didn't bring the hardware key and cameras with me. I knew my s/n, hash code, and hardware key number but I don't have it to plug in my computer.

So How can I use the software??

Unfotunately to use the software license the hardware key, camera serial number, the device is tied to needs to be attached to the system as well.

If you no longer have access to the original HW key, and software license, the only other way around this issue would be to purchase an additional hardware key, and Arena license.
