TrackIR 4 pro problems

Well I have had a few years of great use out of this product

But recently I have noticed when bending my head down to look that my Track IR sensor light shuts off(the green) and stops working.I usually have to set Light Filter Threshold down to 30-45 now to get it to work,bear in mind 30 is lowest.

I feel something is seriously wrong here as I never encountered these problems before.I have no disturbances in the room and its not too bright.Nothing has changed to effect it.

I have 3 green lights in the camera view.No red or gray.I am using the trackIR 5 software.Camera is centered on the view.

Also I have noticed the sensor stickers on my Track clip(the one that goes on a hat) that came with my trackir4pro are starting to look worn and one is a bit torn but doesnt seem to be effecting use(right side sticker).Could this be the reason?

I also would like to know if you can get replacement stickers for the Trackclip?I saw a sheet for sale on the website but I don't think these are for the Trackclip.I think they are for the older TrackIR 3

The IR material could be loosing is reflectiveness.

1- Try washing the clip, with some warm soapy water.

2 - You can purchase raw material, if you want to replace just the material itself, or you can purchase a new clip.
