'Not Supported' Message for Dwell Clicker on Win7 64bit

I just set up a new computer (Windows 7) and installed / connected the SmartNav to it. I get the message "The Dwell Clicker is not supported with this version of the hardware". Dwell Clicker works fine with the same SmartNav unit on the old machine with Windows Vista.

I tried installing different versions of SmartNav and get the same message with all of them.

Is this a Windows 7 driver issue????

Looking at your serial number, you have a SmartNAV 4 EG camera, which does not have support for the dwell clicking software. Only the AT model has support for the NaturalPoint dwell clicking software.
