One OptiTrack FLEX:V100R2 camera has only one LED on

I have a facial solution and one of the OptiTrack FLEX:V100R2 camera has just one LED on, unlike the others that has all the LED's on around the lens. Is this a hardware problem or is there a way to fix it?

That is very strange. Could you email support with your camera serial number, and issue?

Hi, Im new here. I have same problem. Before I got several LEDs on, but now only one. And movement is quite strange and uncomfortable. Whiy this?
Somebody help me.

Could you email support with your camera serial number, and issue, and some images of the issue?

Have you made any adjustments to the IR ring itself, changed lenses?
