TrackIR software 5.1 Final now available - Updated

I'm getting this after uninstall and reinstall and I had cleared the registry. "This application is already running in one instance"
Also can not save profiles and GUI errors, The speed is only 1 to 5 and smoothing is not working well. I start IL2 and have slow head movement.

I can use the beta 3 in blackshark
but I can`t use the trackIR in A-10C,
In the A10-C game,I check in the control list of the option,I can`t find the trackIR.
I need help.please

What version of Windows are you using?

Do you see DCS:A-10C, on your games list?

Are you running the 32-bit, or 64-bit vresion of the gaming application?

Are you using the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro, with your camera?

Are you running Windows 7?

Are you logged into the system as an admin?

Do you have the software setup to run at startup?

Do you get slow head movement within the TrackIR software as well, or only within IL2?

I can see the A10-C in my game list of IR software.
Run the DCS: A-10C Warthog (English download BETA 4 version),
So I can`t find the IR in contral of options.
other game is ok to use the IR.

the information you seek is in my Sig. as far as specs.
win7x64 home premium track ir pro clip on.
yes I'm running as admin

yes I'm logged in as admin.

yes I have the software to run and minimize when windows starts.

slow head movmenet in all the other games i.e. FC2, IL2, A10C, BlackShark and Arrma II.

Have you tried running both the TrackIR software, and the gaming application as an admin (right click on the exe file for each, and select run as admin)?

If you are running the 64-bit version of A-10C, make sure that you have 5.1 beta 3 installed

OK, the already running error, is going to occur if you have it set to run at start (minimized), and you try to use the TrackIR icon on the desktop.

Are you also getting slow movement within the TrackIR software as well?

Are you using the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro?

Do you see the slow movement if you use the 4.1.038 software?

If you create a new profile, and then set it to exclusively load, does it also react slowly within the TrackIR software?

When using Beta 3 the Function keys no longer work. Clicking on F12 with the mouse on the interface does centre the view but pressing F12 does not.

Are you using the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro? ok not clear on what you mean here. I have a red 3 led clip on, I bought from you guys so what its called, I thought I was specific enough with the words track ir clip on?

Do you see the slow movement if you use the 4.1.038 software? I'm not having any issues with this software. Post errors I'm getting in that thread. (Beta)
