nothing works

I set up the software 5.0. or 5.1 . The setup seems correct (Track IR5 appears in 'Programs' and on the desktop. I Launch the software-> nothing happens (no window, no icon in the toolbar). I try again , i have this messsage: 'an another instance of the trackir software is already running'

I connect the trackir-> nothing..... no green or red light.

I Launch FS9 , track ir doesn't work.

I click on Mouse Emulation-->message: 'enable to initialize trackir'.

What version of Windows are you running?

Do you see a TrackIR icon down by the clock, on the task bar?
