Problem TrackIr 5 driver 5.1 final win7 32 bits

hi all ^^

Have bought recently trackIr 5.1 and have try with driver 5.1 final but have prob with it ....
The green led dont come and the track ir don't move with my head

Win 7 32 bit
track ir the serial number is 158 XXX

Have already try to reinstall it ...

When you reinstalled it, did you run as administrator?

and the cam was unpluged when i started the reinstall

Are you using a TrackClip or a TrackClip Pro? Is the correct option selected in the TrackIR software?

Do you see your camera's serial number in the top left corner of the TrackIR software, or does it say "No device detected"?
